Q: Ortensia, what is fashion for you?
A: For me, fashion is a silent yet powerful language. It is the first way we present ourselves to the world, even before we speak. It is not just clothing, but identity, culture, and personal memory.

Q: When did your passion for fashion begin?
A: It came very early, almost naturally. I remember, as a child, watching the fashion shows in Piazza di Spagna: the designers, the clothes, the fabrics, the colours, the way a piece of clothing could change a person’s attitude. Fashion fascinated me because it told stories… it distracted me.

Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would say it is a balance between elegance and experimentation. Today, I love clean lines, but I always look for an element that breaks the mould: an accessory, a unique texture, an unexpected colour. Style must evolve, not remain stagnant.

Q: Do you believe fashion can be an art form?
A: Absolutely. Like art, fashion is born from an idea, a vision. A dress can excite, provoke, and make you think. When it succeeds in this, it goes beyond its practical function and becomes an artistic expression.

Q: How do you imagine the fashion of the future?
A: I imagine it as more inclusive, more ethical, but always profoundly human. The fashion of the future will have to combine the art of valuing the individual with sensitivity, without losing touch with people.

Q: Ortensia, what do you do for designers?
A: I interpret the garment and amplify its message, entering the creative heart backstage and transforming the production process into a story capable of reaching the public.

Q: What do you do for your followers, Ortensia?
A: I inspire, motivate, and help make dreams come true. Many women recognise themselves in me because I am one of them: a woman who pursues her dreams with determination, never stopping, and proving that believing in yourself can turn desire into reality.
