Maria, you are the embodiment of strength and beauty. Your photos are pure aesthetics. Your appearance is undoubtedly a gift from nature, but how do you maintain that gift to keep your stunning physical shape?


First of all – thank you! I believe that elegance starts with how we treat ourselves. For me, beauty is a lifestyle. I train regularly, eat mindfully, and surround myself with what uplifts me – beautiful spaces, inspiring people, and calm routines. I stay active and move every day – whether it’s tennis, dance class, Pilates, horseback riding, or strength training at the gym. I also pay attention to my nutrition, making choices that support both energy and recovery. It’s not about perfection – it’s about consistency. And yes, I treat my body like the most luxurious gift I’ve ever received.

How did you get into fitness? Was it love at first sight or a journey through struggle and discipline?


Real fitness came into my life through discipline. I learned that motivation fades, but habits stay. Over time, fitness became a part of my identity – it grounds me, challenges me, and empowers me. It’s my way of connecting to myself. But turning it into a ritual took time and intention. I discovered that nothing feels more empowering than showing up for yourself – not just for how you look, but for how you feel. For me, fitness is more than a goal – it’s my way of staying grounded in a fast-paced, high-glamour world.

What does your ideal day look like – workouts, self-care, mental detox?


I’m all about balance. My perfect day starts with a morning stretch and music, a matcha latte, and a workout that makes me sweat and smile. After that, some time in the sun, a hydrating skincare routine, and maybe a bit of spa therapy. I protect my peace – that means silencing the noise, setting boundaries, and indulging in little luxuries that make me feel feminine, focused, and fabulous. In the evenings, I love reading or walking without my phone. And sometimes, a sunset horseback ride with my horse Paloma – that’s my therapy.

Do you have any personal beauty or recovery rituals after intense training? Maybe some secret hacks?

Definitely – I’m obsessed with recovery! A good massage, collagen shots, and I also use red light therapy for my skin and muscles. And the best hack? Sleep. Nothing beats eight hours of good rest and waking up glowing from the inside out.
