Alina, your journey to building a business in Dubai has been incredibly inspiring. How did you first start following signs and numbers, and how did it influence your life choices? The number 11 kept appearing along your path and became the foundation for the name of your beauty salon and spa. How do you interpret it, and why did this number become such an important symbol for you?

Thank you for your kind words. My journey has always been guided by more than just plans and goals—there’s been an intuitive force, a kind of spiritual rhythm I’ve learnt to follow. It all began with subtle signs, especially numbers. The number 11, in particular, kept appearing at key moments: on clocks, flight tickets, room numbers, even random receipts. At first, I dismissed it. But over time, it became impossible to ignore. It felt like a message—one that kept whispering, “You’re on the right path.”

In numerology, 11 is considered a master number. It represents intuition, spiritual insight, and soul alignment. For me, it became a symbol of awakening—of trusting in the invisible threads that connect everything. When the time came to name the salon and spa we were creating, there was no hesitation: Eleven was more than a number—it was a calling.

What made it even more special was that 11 is also deeply connected to my husband, Diego. He’s not only my life partner, but also my mentor—the person who constantly pushes me to grow, to dream bigger, and to believe in myself, even when I doubt. The number 11 reflects our journey together—two individuals walking side by side, creating something meaningful not just in business, but in life.

So, Eleven Signature isn’t just a brand—it’s a part of our story. It’s a symbol of intuition, partnership, purpose, and love.

Your business, Eleven Signature, is a result of inspiration and trust in the universe. What key steps were necessary for this dream to become a reality?

Absolutely—it all began with a vision, but turning that vision into something tangible required much more than dreaming. Eleven Signature was born from inspiration, yes—but also from discipline, courage, and a willingness to leap into the unknown.

The first key step was gaining clarity. I had to be completely honest with myself about what I truly wanted to create—not just a salon, but a sanctuary. A place where people feel seen, valued, and transformed both inside and out. Once I set that intention, everything began to align.

The second step was choosing the right partner—my husband, Diego. Building this dream together gave me a strength I didn’t know I had. He brings vision, structure, and an extraordinary drive. I bring intuition, softness, and human connection. That balance made the seemingly impossible feel achievable.

Then came the practicalities—researching the market, designing every detail of the space with intention, hiring a team that shared our values, and creating a brand identity that felt both luxurious and deeply personal. Every decision was made with care and love.

But above all, I had to trust. Even when things felt uncertain or challenging, I reminded myself why we had started. I trusted that if I stayed true to our purpose, the right people, moments, and opportunities would come. And they did.

What message do you want to convey to others through your business and personal journey? How do you help your clients feel connected to the cosmos and find inner harmony through the services you offer?

My deepest message—through both my personal journey and through Eleven Signature—is this: you are allowed to feel whole. In a world that moves so fast and constantly demands more from us, I want to remind people—especially women—that it’s okay to pause, to reconnect, and to return to themselves.

Through the salon, I strive to create an experience that goes beyond beauty—it’s about energy, presence, and alignment. Every detail, from the music and aromas to the way we greet our guests and the rituals we offer, is carefully designed to gently guide people back to their centre.

Many of our treatments—whether it’s a deeply relaxing massage, a rejuvenating facial, or a traditional Moroccan bath—are curated to be sensory journeys. We see the body as a vessel of energy, and when that energy is in balance, beauty flows naturally. I also believe in the power of intentional touch and in holding space for silence when it’s needed. Sometimes, the most powerful gift we can offer someone is stillness.

Beyond all that, I want people to believe that magic is real. That there’s a subtle connection between our inner world and the universe. If a client leaves feeling lighter, clearer, and more beautiful—not just on the outside but within—that’s the greatest reward I could ask for.

Eleven Signature is a reflection of my own healing. It’s a space where the physical meets the spiritual—and where everyone who walks through the doors is reminded that they are worthy of softness, self-love, and alignment.

Before realising your dream of having your own business, you worked as a flight attendant for Emirates. When did you truly become convinced that the universe was guiding you towards your destiny? What moments confirmed this belief?

My years as a flight attendant with Emirates were an incredible chapter of growth and discovery. I had the privilege of seeing the world, connecting with people from diverse cultures, and learning to serve and lead with grace. But deep down, I always knew it was only part of my story—not the destination.

There wasn’t one single moment when I knew the universe was guiding me. It was a series of subtle whispers… signs that grew louder each time I chose to listen. The number 11 kept appearing—on boarding passes, flight numbers, even the hotel room doors during layovers. At first, it seemed like a coincidence. But then it became consistent. As though the universe was gently waiting for me to say, “I see you. I’m ready.”

One turning point came during a quiet layover. I was alone in my hotel room, thousands of miles from home, and a wave of clarity washed over me. I wasn’t afraid or anxious—I simply felt ready. I remember writing my vision in a journal: a space of peace, beauty, and healing. I didn’t yet know the how or when—but I knew the what and the why. From that moment on, I stopped resisting and began following the signs more openly.

Another defining moment was meeting Diego. Our connection was instant, but it felt like more than romance—it felt divinely timed. He could see the vision with me before it even existed. His support and belief turned a dream into a plan, and eventually into reality.

Looking back, every challenge, every shift, every so-called coincidence was part of a design. The universe was never silent—I simply had to become still enough to hear it.

You speak of the power of love as an important factor in your success. Could you share an example of how this power helped you overcome challenges and bring the concept of “living the life of your dreams” to life?

Absolutely. For me, love isn’t just a feeling—it’s a force. It’s what gives life its meaning. And without a doubt, it’s been the foundation of everything I’ve built.

When we set out to create Eleven Signature, we were filled with passion—but the process behind the scenes was anything but easy. There were moments of doubt, financial stress, setbacks with contractors, delays we couldn’t control, and the pressure of launching something from scratch in a city as dynamic as Dubai. I vividly remember nights when I felt utterly overwhelmed—on the brink of giving up—but in those exact moments, the power of love held me up.

Love was present in Diego’s unwavering belief in me. In the way he’d look at me and say, “We’ve got this.” In the way he carried the weight when I felt too tired to go on. He didn’t just support the dream—he became part of it. He reminded me that this was more than a business; it was our legacy, our gift to the world.

But love also emerged within me. In the decision not to give up. In staying faithful to my purpose, even when it felt distant. In holding space for beauty, harmony, and healing—first in myself, and then in others.

Today, when I walk through our salon and see people smiling, unwinding, reconnecting with themselves, I know: This is it. This is the life I dreamt of—not because everything’s perfect, but because it’s real, rooted in love, and a reflection of who we truly are.

Love gave me strength. It gave me clarity. But most importantly, it gave me the courage to dream with my eyes open.

Your husband plays an important role in your life. How has his support and belief in you influenced the creation of Eleven Signature and your journey toward self-fulfilment?

My husband is the heart of my journey ❤️—his presence, love, and unwavering belief in me have shaped every step I’ve taken, especially in building Eleven Signature. He has always seen a version of me that I was still discovering. In moments when I questioned my worth or hesitated to take the next step, he stood firm in his faith in me—sometimes even more than I did myself. He picked me up when I was low, celebrated my smallest victories, and reminded me of my strength whenever I felt uncertain.

More than just supporting me, he made space for me to grow—gently pushing me beyond my comfort zone, always with love and intention. His sacrifices, patience, and quiet strength are woven into the foundation of everything I’ve created. I don’t just owe him thanks—I owe him a part of who I’ve become.
